Open-source software
Collection Escape Hatch is provided under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute it subject to that license.
Scope of verification
The tool compares exported structure. It does not send API requests, evaluate script semantics across runtimes, verify credentials, or prove that a target client behaves identically. Use a non-production environment for follow-up smoke tests.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for access to the files you inspect, for reviewing reports before sharing them, and for deciding whether a migration is acceptable. Keep production secrets out of fixtures and public issues.
No affiliation
Postman, Bruno, and Hoppscotch are names of their respective products and projects. Collection Escape Hatch is an independent interoperability tool and is not endorsed by those vendors.
No warranty
The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, as described in the repository’s MIT License.
